Atlanta 203K Loans – Full 203K or Streamline 203K? What the Heck is the Difference??

Atlanta Foreclosure Listing Myth #1

On December 30, 2008, in FHA 203K Renovation, FHA Purchase, by admin

However, it seems in the down market those listing agents along with those lenders have upped the ante, telling potential buyers that they not only have to be pre-approved by that foreclosure bank, but they have to take the loan there as well.
